Kelly Lui
Kelly Lui is the Acquisitions Lead at Ouat Media who is responsible for all matters ranging from the acquisitions strategy to the coordination of all operational aspects. Ouat Media is a Toronto-based distribution and sales company that specializes in short films. Recognized internationally as one of the world’s primary destinations for work by the industry’s rising stars, Ouat Media boasts an award-winning catalogue of titles featuring 12 Oscar® nominees including three Oscar® winners to date.
A graduate of the Masters of Environmental Studies program at York University, Kelly’s experience includes festival programming, community arts facilitation, and multimedia art making. She is also the Shorts Programmer at the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival.
Arjen Brentjes
Arjan Brentjes started his professional life as a painter, but since 2010 he is dedicated to making short film, the last years mostly animation. His films were shown at hundreds of festivals and he has been
on many selection committees and juries. His film Sad Beauty played the festival in 2020 and his next film The Grand Book played the festival in 2023.

Julien Regnard
Julien Regnard studied animation in Belgium at La Cambre Art School where he made two short films The Night of the Bear (2011) and Jump (2012), both of which were screened and awarded at many festivals. He then joined Cartoon Saloon Studio in Ireland to work as a storyboard artist on many projects including Oscar nominated feature film Song of the Sea (Tomm Moore, 2013), The Breadwinner (Nora Twomey, 2016) and My Father’s Dragon (Nora Twomey, 2019). He also directed a short film at Cartoon Saloon, Somewhere Down the Line, which won Best Animated film at Clermont Ferrand film festival in 2015 and Best Animation Film at the Irish Film and Television Award 2015. Julien now lives in Belgium where he directed his last short film, The Night Watch, produced by Squarefish Studio (Brussels) and Autour de Minuit (Paris). Both Somewhere Down the Line and The Night Watch screened at Shorts Not Pants.
